Elizabeth Broadus, P-LPC

Elizabeth is a provisionally licensed professional counselor (P-LPC) who treats anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, trauma, grief, and difficult life transitions in both children and adults.

She attended the University of Mississippi and earned a master’s degree in Counselor Education in 2021. Before joining Phoenix, Elizabeth spent 2 years as an outpatient and day treatment therapist at a community mental health center.

Elizabeth follows evidence and strength-based practices, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She has witnessed the power in developing a caring, empathetic relationship with her clients, and she believes that these relationships are the basis for success in the counseling process.

Elizabeth believes that everyone’s story deserves to be heard, and she shares, “We all go through difficult times in our lives, and I want you to know that you are not alone in your suffering. It’s my hope to meet you where you are in your journey and provide a safe environment to explore the unique experiences that make you who you are. I recognize that it takes courage to take the first steps toward change, and I am here to empower and support you along the way. I firmly believe that given the right tools, you have the opportunity to discover hope and healing.”

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys having quality time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants, exploring the outdoors, and spending her summers out on the water. She is also an avid sports fan and loves attending Saints and Ole Miss football games!
