Licensed Clinical Psychologist
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced clinical psychologist to provide scientifically grounded and culturally responsive psychological therapy and assessment/evaluation services to meet the needs of adults and children in Ocean Springs, MS, and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who is passionate about assessment and eager to work and grow within a supportive group practice.

This position is an employee (W2) status; compensation is a percentage based on income received and is paid out monthly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology (PsyD/PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Successful completion of an APA-accredited predoctoral internship.
  • Active, unrestricted license (or license-eligible) to practice psychology in the State of Mississippi. We may consider pre-licensed/post-doctoral candidates based on experience.
  • Availability to maintain a minimum of 22 billable hours per week as referred/scheduled by Phoenix.
  • Individual malpractice liability insurance coverage ($1m-$3m)
  • Computer literacy sufficient to operate a personal computer using psychological tests, word processing, database and spreadsheet programs, web-based scheduling and EHR software, and basic typing skills sufficient to efficiently produce psychology reports and correspondence.

  • Prior experience in a private practice setting.

Licensed Clinical Testing/Assessment Psychologist or Neuropsychologist

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist who is passionate about assessment and provides psychological and/or neuropsychological evaluations including, but not limited to assessing cognitive/IQ, adaptive, academic, and social emotional functioning. The main purpose is to provide diagnostic clarification and differential diagnosis (e.g., ADHD, potential for learning disabilities). There are multiple opportunities to utilize or develop specialty skills if desired, but the psychologist will not be required to perform assessments outside of their scope of competency.

Licensed Psychotherapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a full-time licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage and family therapist who is passionate about their career and eager to work and grow within a supportive group practice. The clinician will provide outpatient therapy and counseling to individuals, adults, children, and families at Phoenix. Services will primarily be face-to-face, while also offering telehealth options, and are provided at our Ocean Springs office.

Candidate will be W-2 employee status. This is a full-time position, which involves an average caseload of 25 clients per week. Compensation is percentage-based on income received and paid out monthly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field from an approved accredited program (i.e., APA for psychologists; CACREP for counselors; CSWE for social workers; COAMFTE for marriage and family therapists).
  • Active, unrestricted license (or license-eligible) to practice in the State of Mississippi. We may consider pre-licensed/post-doctoral candidates based on experience.
  • Availability to maintain a full-time schedule of approximately 25 billable hours per week as referred/scheduled by Phoenix.
